RABBIT STUNNER AND THROAT CUTTER
Electronic stunner and throat cutter MOD. ATD-001-R
Maximum production: 900 -1.000 rabbits/hour.
It allows to stun the rabbit, record stun data and slit the rabbit’s throat at the same workstation.
Green indicator light as confirmation of correct stunning process.
Blue indicator light during throat-cutting. The machine does not slit the throat until the stunning is correct, complying with the European Animal Welfare Regulation EC 1099/2009.

Duplex extractor
Duplex skin extractor machine, for rabbits mod. EX DU-15.
Duplex (skin pulled down to the waist), 0.92 kW power with an electronic inverter for speed control. The novelty of this model is the system for gripping the skin by the tail of the rabbit for removal, it is the only machine on the market that performs the two operations as one, it has the same system of elastic belts present in the simplex model which prevents marks on the rabbit skin.

The hanging machine hooks the leg of a rabbit to facilitate gutting and thereby saves having to hook the leg manually.

Rabbit hind leg peeler. It is the only machine in existence that works ‘without water’.
Simple Peeler: Maximum production is 1,200 rabbits per hour, without breaking of legs or tears.
Twofold peeler: Maximum production is 1,800 rabbits per hour, without breaking of legs or tears.
All the external parts of the machine are stainless steel.
The electric motor is 1 hp, three-phase, 220-380 V and is IP65 protected.
The head may be adjusted into multiple positions both for height and tilt.
The controls for starting, stopping and inverting the rollers operate at 24 V.
